a DMJ associate since 2001, she trained as a scientist
and a doctor (in the leading French institution –
Normal Sup). She was a research worker for ten years,
and after which she was in charge of HR and change management
in the Auchan Group. She runs two local clubs for executive
managers which are part of a European network, APM, and
within this network she is an expert in organisational
development. |

1991, with more than 20 years of management consultancy

& Métiers ParisTech and an MBA. With a 7-year
experience as a field engineer in France in the marine
and oil industries, and 10 years in Canada at the head
office of a large financial institution, JC has a solid
understanding of both field and strategic considerations,
thanks to broad experience in industrial engineering,
maintenance, financial services, general administration
and organisation and talent development. |
