    Odile Duvaux

    was born in 1961, a DMJ partner since 2001, she trained as a scientist and a doctor (in the leading French institution – Normal Sup). She was a research worker for ten years, and after which she was in charge of HR and change management in the Auchan Group. She runs two local clubs for executive managers which are part of a European network, APM, and within this network she is an expert in organisational development.

    Pascale Mary

    was born in 1966; is a consultant since 2005 and is now a partner after a 17 year-experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies mostly with Anglo-Saxon culture (Mars, Allied Domecq, Cadbury Schweppes); she has competencies in sales, marketing and human resources areas in European environments.

    Edith Camilli

    was born in 1969. A DMJ partner, she is a trained and certified coach with 20 years of experience in human resources consulting and corporate training, including 2 years as the head of a training department of a multinational group. She also runs a local club for executive managers which are part of a European network, APM.

    Bruno Jarrosson

    was born in 1955. A graduate from Supelec Engineer school, he practiced eight years as a design engineer in electronics and nine years as a project leader at the APM, a European network for executive managers. He is now a partner and consultant at DMJ Consultants, leading our Strategy stream. He teaches the philosophy of science at Supelec engineering school, and the theory of organisations in the prestigious Paris IV Sorbonne University. He also is a coordinator for Human Science and modernity teachings at the Centrale engineering school.

    Jean-Christophe Depraetere

    was born in 1969, a DMJ consultant since 2011, holds a M.Eng. from Arts & Métiers ParisTech and an MBA. With a 7-year experience as a field engineer in France in the marine and oil industries, and 10 years in Canada at the head office of a large financial institution, JC has a solid understanding of both field and strategic considerations, thanks to broad experience in industrial engineering, maintenance, financial services, general administration and organisation and talent development.

    Karine Legros

    Born in 1972, she joined DMJ Consultants after 20 years of professional experience. A graduate from the Kedge Business School / Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, she worked in Parisian operational communication agencies and in Aix-en-Provence for High Co Group. After 10 years, Karine joined the French Red Cross as a regional head of communication and resource development. This three-fold experience has equipped her with strong knowledge of communication agencies, corporations and not-for-profit organisations.
